How To Install Decals

1. Prepare the surface
Ensure the surface where you'll be applying the decal is clean, dry, and free of any dust, dirt or residue. Use a mild detergent and water or rubbing alcohol to clean the area thoroughly. Allow it to dry completely before proceeding.

2. Peel backing paper
Firstly, turn the decal around and use a squeegee or credit card to ensure it is properly sticking to the transfer paper. Next, gently peel off the backing paper from the decal at a sharp angle, exposing the adhesive side. The decal should be sticking to the transfer tape with the gridlines. Go slowly and make sure to not leave any pieces on the backing paper. You may need to use a squeegee or credit card again to any pieces that are not adhering to the transfer paper, or gently pry them with a pointy tool. Take care not to touch the adhesive with your fingers, as oils from your skin can affect the adhesion.

3. Apply the decal
Slowly and steadily press the exposed adhesive side of the decal onto the surface. Use a squeegee or a credit card to smooth out any air bubbles or wrinkles. Carefully peel off the transfer tape, starting from one corner. This will leave the vinyl decal securely attached to the surface.

4. Let it set
Allow the decal to set and bond to the surface for a few hours. Avoid washing or exposing the decal to excessive moisture during this time.
